Radioactivity in wild mushrooms

Reduce and neutralize radiation

According to the German Federal Office for Radiation Protection (BfS), wild mushrooms are still contaminated with radioactivity 35 years after the Chernobyl reactor accident. The reason for this is the long half-life of the radionuclide caesium 137 (30 years). Conterminous rain fell over large parts of Europe, but certain regions were particularly affected by the fallout. In addition to reactor accidents, nuclear tests continue to contaminate soil all over the world for many years after the respective event.

Several 1,000 becquerels per kilogram

Wild mushrooms in the affected areas in Europe are still contaminated with cesium-137 as a result of the Chernobyl reactor disaster, although the contamination does not depend solely on the cesium-137 content in the mushroom's environment, but also on the individual's accumulation capacity. In recent years (until 2019), levels of up to several thousands of becquerels per kilogram (bq/kg) have been measured in certain edible mushrooms.

Do not collect mushrooms

Although the radiation exposure is rather low due to consumption in usual quantities, it should still be avoided. One possibility is, of course, to refrain from picking mushrooms in the regions mentioned and to buy cultivated mushrooms. Agriculturally used soils have a different composition than forest soils, where substances migrate only very slowly to deeper layers. In addition, some mushroom varieties are cultivated indoors, e.g. the oyster mushroom and the button mushroom. According to the BfS, such mushrooms are contaminated with radiation at a similarly low level as other foodstuffs originating from agricultural production. Chanterelles, which cannot be farmed, can also be found in stores. They are allowed on supermarket shelves if their radiation level does not exceed 600 bq.

Tests with radioactively contaminated drinking water

In various studies conducted in 2019 and 2021 using scientific methods, it was found that quantum energy has the ability to significantly reduce radioactivity in drinking water, among other things. In the tests, it was observed that when confronted with the energy, the levels first increased, but after about 15 minutes, they decreased. The researchers involved suspected that the cause was an atomic lattice vibration generated by the quantum field (hypersonic field). They assumed that the radiation first rose due to the increased vibration and lost its power in the process, i.e. that the decay of the radionuclide was accelerated. This means that the nuclide was practically burned up and no longer present.

Reducing exposure levels using the cube

The amounts of radioactive contamination in food tolerated by industry and commerce can hardly be prevented, because they are also caused by the completely normal background radiation on earth. With the help of a 90.10.-CUBE, however, they could be lowered further, as happened in the tests. This should be important to everyone, because according to experts, every radionuclide that settles in a body cell always and in every case causes a carcinoma.

Put your mushrooms, but also other foods like fruits and vegetables into the 90.10.-CUBE for a few minutes before eating or preparing them. You will notice another positive effect: They taste better, more intense and more original.
