Aromatherapy and energy against PMS

Fragrances for body and soul

It's not only during menstruation. Cramps and throbbing pain in the lower abdomen often also occur on the days before the period. Unfortunately, that's not all, and the pain is not the greatest evil for those affected. So, a painkiller does little or nothing. Beyond that, conventional medicine can think of nothing.

Burdon for body and soul

Premenstrual syndrome, or PMS for short, combines various physical and psychological complaints. In some women, they are so severe that the quality of life is significantly affected. Physical symptoms include indigestion and bloating, swollen, tender breasts, headaches, neck pain and back pain. The psychological symptoms include irritability, fatigue and difficulty concentrating. Some women also suffer from anxiety disorders and mood swings.

An information becomes an impulse

Aromatherapy is part of herbal medicine or phytotherapy. t involves the use of essential oils containing highly concentrated plant substances whose scent has a therapeutic effect. Our sense of smell perceives the scent. Next, the information is converted into electrical impulses, which are processed in the brain. The brain finally induces the body to produce certain natural hormones. What these are depends on the transmitted code or scent.

You don't need to go to a doctor's office to do aromatherapy. You can simply do it at home, for example with a fragrance lamp.

This is how essential oils work

Lavender is an all-purpose oil. It has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects, stimulates blood circulation, and relieves pain. Mixed with a carrier oil, such as jojoba oil, it can also be used as a massage oil in a soothing belly massage.

Mint has an energizing and refreshing effect. Thus, the essential oil is effective against fatigue and lack of concentration. When mixed with almond oil as a carrier oil, it can also be made into a massage oil and applied to the forehead and temples in circular motions.

Citrus fragrances are talented mood lifters. They also have a calming effect. For the best results, inhale them deeply every day. Different citrus oils such as lemon and orange oils can be combined in the fragrance lamp.

Besides these essential oils, a number of other oils help against the symptoms of PMS: rose supports hormonal balance, marjoram can dissolve cramps, ylang-ylang oil is used against mood swings and anxiety disorders.

Enhancing the effect with quantum energy

The effect of essential oils - by the way, they should always be of organic quality - can be further optimized. Quantum energy is known to influence water and other liquids so that they return to their original structure. According to experience, quantum physically treated oils work more intensively and quicker.
